What's most useful to send
- A correction. A wrong meaning, a mistagged origin, a name that means something unfortunate in a language we didn't check. Tell us the name and what it should say.
- A missing name, ideally with its origin and meaning so we can tag it properly.
- Something broken — a filter that returns nothing it should, a layout that collapses. Your browser and device help.
- Advertising, licensing or press enquiries.
- Privacy requests — see the rights section of the privacy policy for what we can action.
One thing we can't do
We can't give veterinary or behavioural advice about a specific animal. Anything about health, training or behaviour needs your vet or a qualified behaviourist who can actually see the animal.
